When will my order arrive?

Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days following order placement. Once your order leaves our shop, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive on your doorstep.

For standard shipping, expect a minimum of 5-7 business days within the U.S. We do offer alternatives to standard shipping, which you can review at checkout.  Our usual turnaround time for production is 2-7 business days; add this to whichever shipping method you select at checkout.

International customers, please note that some packages may be delayed by the local customs office for inspection, assigning, and collection of duties/tax.

Where is my order?

Tracking information is available in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that some standard shipping orders do not have tracking numbers assigned to them. Your order should arrive according to the shipping timelines above.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us ASAP.

Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?

We will replace damaged or defective items. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please contact the shipping carrier.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept cash, check, Venmo, or money orders.
